If I were in the market and had an additional 3" of inseam (!), I'd pick the Africa Twin any day. BMW parts are astronomical plus dealers are few and far between; which is the complete opposite of Honda dealers and parts prices. I know lots of riders have problems with Honda dealers but at least they're close by! In my area, BMW riders have to go 100-150 miles for service. :)

ps. in my next life, I'm going to have Swedish parents so I can be 6' tall!

The spouses 'retirement' job is working part time at the dealer putting together bikes and such. Got in an AT last week. Neat bike. Seat height really isn't that bad. The guy that bought it has about a 28" inseam. He hopped right on and off he went.

I liked the joke about the way to make a small fortune making motorcycles is to start with a large fortune.
