I saw one of these in red in person last weekend. Very nice color. The internet photos of the 2017s look to be a nice darker blue too. The salesman tried real hard to get me to trade my Tiger, but they used some real funny math. I wouldn't mind to change the Tiger for a nice ST someday. I am starting to miss the shaft drive and the tubeless tires on the NT, but I still love the Tiger. I rode it 200 miles on December 31st. Have yet to ride in 2017 though.

As regards the Super Tenere, "Long Haul Paul" took his first Tenere to an incredible number of miles with only minor care and never a wash job! :)

The SuperTen is a great bike... I think it's only weakness, if you want to call it that, is the cam chain tensioner on the early models but that was upgraded in 2014 and many opted to just go with a manual one.

My '14 was a solid bike and a great tourer.

I still have the 2015 and plan to hopefully take it to over 200K. There is someone in Iowa that has over 350K on one so hopefully mine will make it. I got the 2023 last year to use on vacation rides.

Yep.:thumb: I think it has 172,000 miles and is currently at the barber motorsports museum in Alabama.
