Hot new rumor!

I just read today that Kawasaki will be introducing a supercharged sport-touring bike at the EICMA show.

I'll be curious to see if this supplements the current Concours 14 or replaces it. I've always thought the C14 was just too big (especially for short people like me!). A smaller engine could that's turbocharged could make a more compact package. I think this one will be pretty interesting.

I read in Cycle News Online that production of the current Connie has been stopped. And I don't think this new offering will be any smaller or much lighter than the current Connie, perhaps even larger?

Phil - by the way, it's a mechanically-driven supercharger and not a turbocharger.

Didn't Honda make a CX650 model with a super-charger once too?
Or was that one a turbo-charger?
