just went over the !0k mark today. this is the start of my third riding season though last year was abbreviated as i had c3-7 fusion after much pain and losing most of the use of my right arm. Mobility of neck is good but being extra careful. ATGATT

Even plan to take up cycling again to lose the 40lbs I gained sitting around with my Buddy Weiser

Yes Phil can use my right arm fairly well. Still have some difficulty getting a tighter fitting jacket on and my days of painting ceilings are over
