I just bought a 2006 Kawasaki KLX 250.
It hasn't had perfect care so I am going through a few things. It has a leaky fork and the steering head bearings are quite notchy. I have never torn down a cartrige fork so that will be new to me.
My plan is to use it mostly running back and forth to some property I have that has a gravel access road that is rutted some and pretty steep incline. I was concerned I would eventually dump the NT and damage some plastic. This bike should work well for this. I am considering lowering it but will wait and see after I ride it more.
Any expirience would be appreciated. It has been a long time since I road a long travel suspension bike.
