Please explain why the listed recipient should receive the award.
I owned a '97 PC800 for around 12 years and in that time put 102k miles on it. It was bought new with 0 miles on the odometer. I sold it to a friend when my NT arrived in Dec 2009. He continued to ride it to work for the next 2 years, 80-mile round trip, so rolled up a lot of miles beyond my original 102K.
