The vent is just above the top edge of your photo .. the vertical cylinder , is it dirty there ?

Yes it is, I went out and cleaned it up a bit, it appears to be pushing out a bit. I took the pic a few days ago and it didn't look any different so it was either excess or it's dry. I'll have to take it in and have it checked I guess.
