Not without some signs of pride she slapped that gas station receipt under my nose: 19.060ltrs (5.035gal)... πŸ˜‰ (she managed 284km urban commuting there...)

Yep she once managed to run it dry in the past... having to push the NT across a block should have taught her... πŸ™„

Reminds me on a ride we did last year, staring at the 400km on the trip-meter of my ST1100 I radioed her "... err, don't you need to refuel?!!..." oops... 😜

I wonder why they'd omitted a reserve warning light on that NT...

With those numbers that is only 33.84 miles per gallon. Not all that good if you ask me. Even for Vienna city riding. 170 miles for 5.035 gallons??

But she manages (close to) 400km/250miles on rural roads...
I'm too a bit astonished about the difference here... seems she likes to really whack it on green...
(the ST's consumption doesn't vary that much between city & rural...)

I guess that Honda thought that a low fuel warning light was redundant on a bike with a fuel gauge. They probably didn't take into consideration that wimmen might be riding 'em.
