HI I am trying to get the below grip mitt on the NT, but am facing 2 challenges.
The grip mitt have velcro straps on the inner end to wrap around handle bar and a velcro strap on the outside end to wrap around the edge of the handle bar guard. The handlebar guards give them shape as the grip mitts are soft and non rigid.

1) They need rigid hand-guards to work I need recommendation on which to buy ... I was thinking about these side only guards, but not sure that they will work with the mitts.

2) I am finding it challenging to find a place/how to put the hand-guards. the space on my handle does not look conducive to put the clamps … so how/where to put the clamps ...
