OK I am very glad that it was the low beam bulb that failed. Even with some practice I am not sure exactly how to get the bulb in and out of the high beam location.

About the low beam. Just a note: from my experience in the past hour put the bulb in First! and then put the connector on it. It will handle the pressure of putting the fitting on it.
And don't press down too hard on the spring release. Push and move the locking portion of the spring toward the release opening. Pushing too hard causes it wire hook to stick in the bottom of the bulb fitting I guess you call it.

Seem to be a lot of H7 bulbs out there. I went with a Sylvania Extravison. There seems to be at least 5 bulbs from Sylvania. This is 100degrees hotter than the standard. We will see tonight how it looks. Seems a little less yellow but the glass has no apparent blue tint.

Thanks to those who mentioned that the bulb is a H7. Nowhere does Honda tell you that even in the service manual.
