I have seen several threads about handlebar risers and even bar backs but nothing came close to what was mounted on my NT. When I got my NT last month is was previously owned and the shop installed bar backs for the 1st owner, Thank You to that guy (I was informed that it was a 72 year young gentleman who had the NT first, add that into the Demographics) that had them installed. I have been tring since to figure out what brand the were so I could get a set for my wifes '98 Suzuki Intruder, the only mark was a "R" on the side, I'll attach a picture later. I could not find anything under the search of risers but bar back yielded the answer. Roxspeedfx was the brand and their Patented Anti-Vibration Pivoting Motorcycle Handlebar Risers was the product. I have been on two long rides, 100+ miles from the Motorcycle Shop to home and a 250+ mile BBQ ride this past weekend. I must say this is a great product, rise plus anti-vibration all in one package.
