Take it to your Honda dealer and have it checked out. I had my whole drivetrain rebuilt under warranty when the noise I heard was a bad seal in the final drive.

If you are sure it is a new noise have a dealer check it out.
Be careful, sometimes you will get noises in the driveway when the bike is not under load that don't normally occur while riding. I would try to re-create it back on the road.

There is also an Aluminum inset that goes into those rubbers. When you go to change the rubbers inspect the inserts for wear also. See Honda NT700 Shop Manual Page 16-6 thru 16-14 Talks about removing the rear wheel and inspecting the cush drive components.
