Hike to the tallest peak in Texas !

Guadalupe Mtns Nat'l Park

Get there (Guadalupe Mtns Nat'l Park) the 20th,
we hike on the 21st and begin our trip to Davis Mtns State Park
since it's just 150 miles away.

It wasn't crowded last time but I'll reserve the group site
at the the Pine Springs Group Camp site #2 under "ST Owners"

The Pine Springs campground is dirt/gravel so get on in and keep
going 'til you see the group sites.

Some pics from last time:

Motomac made it to the top first but I think he pushed 3 people off the mtn to
do it

leaving this thur for Big Bend, been doing it for over 20yr now the last weekend of Jan. usually 10+ riders go, sometimes as little as 3.
one goooood ride is the river road (170) from Study Butte to Presidio, or the other direction. it is called the river road cause it follows the Rio Grande.
