I assume this works off of an accelerometer......If nothing else, people would look at you and notice you.

The link worked for me initially now it does not. It's not blue tooth and is not in sync with your brake lights. It has built in sensors that detect when you are slowing down which activates the light. If you just let off the throttle it will come on even if you do not activate your brakes. Depending on how fast you are decelerating determines how bright the light gets.

Note: Apparently the previous link showing the Brake Free helmet light for $34.95 was a scam. Brakefree had the site shut down.

Another interesting product, transmitter connects to bike electronics and the receiver is rechargeable and on helmet...
