Touch Up Paint (Again) Silver 2010

Received my Touch Up Direct Silver paint. It is too dark- any way to slightly lighten the color? What should be used? I plan on "slowly" changing the color to a lighter silver.

Did you do a test on a small card or something first? I remember, and double-checked, that the paint doesn't look right until after it has been clear coated.

I used it on a blue bike which should have been more prone to fading than the silver.

Color-Rite does a fairly decent job, but I think the silver must be hard to match. Good luck!
