What to buy at dealer?

I just received from the dealer I purchased the NT a 20% coupon for any one (in-stock) item in the store that's good for two weeks.

I already have a powerlet, givi top case, helmets, intercom, various RAM mounts, gloves, rain gear, risers and jackets.

What would be a good in-store purchase @ 20% off?

I have some boots, although they're not very comfortable for walking.

I'll look for a better pair of those as well as some winter gloves.

Wish they had the large panniers!

Even if they had the large lids in the USA, they wouldn't be an "in-stock" item. The "in-stock" items at my dealer are not that interesting. They have a lot of No Fear stickers, some dusty boots that are never my size, a poor assortment of the worst items in the Joe Rocket catalog, some shopworn tank bags, and a bunch of children's dirt bike stuff. Maybe some decent helmets but you already have a helmet. I suppose you could get 20% off a bottle of fork oil or a set of feeler gauges but that's a pretty uninspiring coupon - I'm guessing you want to buy something more expensive? If so, good luck.
