Zumo 650 vs 550

I know the zumo 665 had some problems early. Does anyone know if firmware updates have fixed those problems? I like the hard buttons on the 550 and it seems like the only significant improvement of the 665 over the 550 is stereo Bluetooth.

I am looking at these two units because I have been an avid XM listener for about six years and would like to add that capability to my NT.

I can read my TomTom to but I wish it was brighter. But if it was brighter under a 3% humidity Nevada mid day sun it would melt itself under its own power. I'm just wondering if it is as bright and the motorcycle GPS are. It's extremely colorful in the car.
