The icon for this site kinda looks like a blue stamp. Sounds like a bookmark of the site. There's no official app, the site renders via the browser your devices is using.
I don't recall there every being an "app" for the forum, but it's easy enough to create a bookmark for your home page to access it with one touch.
If you have an Android,
Navigate to the forum home page
Touch the three vertical dots in the upper rh corner
select "Bookmark"
