They have had periods when they haven't monitored their website in the past. And, obviously, they don't perform much site maintenance, since it announces Larry's death as a new event from September, 2012. I'd give them a few more tries before I gave up.

Just out of curiosity, what are you looking for?
 
I don't believe they are, several on ST-Owners have had to cancel orders after no communication or contact of any kind was returned... so, I'd pass.
 
I ordered bar risers with the powerlet April 2, 2018. Payment was made with AMEX through paypal. Nothing received for 6 weeks,
Called and found answering machine disconnected. Email address did not accept my inquiry. Filed claim with paypal. Waiting for paypal to refund purchase price.
PAYPAL refunded my money on June 5, 2018.

Dispute your purchase. I think the store is gone.. many on ST-Owners have been waiting for stuff and there's no communication so our advise is to get your CC company to reverse any charges.
 
My guess is that Larry's wife struggled to keep up with the demands of that business after he passed away and it eventually got to be too much for her. :frown:
