Love cruising. When we lived in Floriduh, we went on over 20 cruises. The one that impressed the most was the Alasken inside passage cruise.
We had to fly across the country, but what gorgeous scenery.

Alaska, 5 times. Panama canal, 3, Mexico, 5, etc.
 
Saw a lecture by a physics prof. Pretty good. What is the time at the North Pole? The days really are getting longer...the Andromeda paradox. Aliens watching earth would see dinosaurs. Why we can travel forward in time but not back. What is gravity?IMG_20260111_183210026.jpg

The first thing we would do after breakfast . . . check the supper menu, OF COURSE. Always looked forward to the escargot appetizers. Anyone at the table that can't get past one snail in garlic butter, just slide the rest over to me.
We always picked foods from the menus that we had never had before. Or never even heard of. Many pleasant surprises. Some not so "pleasant", but we ate them anyway. It's an adventure.
