When I purchased my 84 R100RT is came with the original BMW first aid kit, (I keep it as an antique). I keep a couple of emergency blankets, bandages, etc, in my top box. I only used some of my kit for a bicycle race when I guy had road rash.
Hope you will never need it again, but just in caice its good to have one !
