I don't have an extra, but Haynes makes one. It comes from Europe but is pretty good. They overcomplicate a few things, but all in all, it's pretty good.

I have one. Weighs 3 1/4 lbs. Price? Well, I no longer have the NT. What is it worth to you? It's just gathering dust here.
