For those interested in another opinion on the Cee Bailey replacement windshield, RoadBike Magazine has just published the one I did for them in their December 2011 issue. A copy of the page is attached.
I am also 5'10" with a 29/30" inseam and the new +2 "flip" fits me perfect... Changing from the OEM seat to a Corbin did not change my windshield settings even though the Corbin is lower....I am 5'10 with a 30" inseam. Would a +2 or a +4 be a better fit?

Yes, mine has a DOT 8 M 165 stamp just below the Cee Bailey logo....Does the Cee Bailey have A DOT stamp or meet and ANSI Standard for windshields?
