They are.. you can sit there and spin them 180 degrees all day long. The orientation will end up the same.

Couldn't get the latches to work so I went for alternative latches.
Cool! Dude...here is your pannier paint scheme.....you will be seen and people will stay away from you. Consider adding fake red lights and a siren cone.....roll bars are cool!

Wishful thinking... you clearly underestimate the stupidity of drivers out there...
Rode my other ('94) ST1100 in that livery for some years (EC regs banned any reflective things in '01 though), but folks still attempted to drive straight through me...
On the positive side: I've also installed a Whelen siren amp + speaker, and that truck-horn really addresses that offending driver...
