First Gear HT Overpant Shell
The pair I own and wear are the old style that I bought on closeout. They don't have the pass thru openings that would be nice.

I ride to work and wear these over my work clothes and they fit in the right side pannier. They are also my choice for cooler/wetter weather riding days when going out for fun. I find all the First Gear equipment to be well made and good quality gear. Everything that I own has held up very well over the years.
Overpants fit well in in the "toolbox" of protective gear for me.
