FJR AE

Anyone familiar with Yamaha FJR AE?
Considering purchase but apprehensive about auto clutch.
Thanks for any input.

My brother in law had one for some years and I rode it several times.
It does take a bit of practice to get the standing starts right and tight turns without falling over.
If you go too slow in a tight turn and close the throttle the clutch will disengage unexpectedly and suddenly you have no control.
I nearly dropped it a couple of times in the early stages but you learn quickly.
Once used to it you will like it.
