There is someone on this list or perhaps the UK list that has a UK Deauville stuck in US Customs in NYC because it has no certification as a US model, regardless of it being able to pass the US standards for lighting, EPA, etc. If he can't provide
the necessary certification papers, it will be sent back to the UK or destroyed.
