I have the J&M CB with helmet speakers and my Sirius satellite radio connected to the audio input and it works just fine...

Sena SMH10 (Bluetooth) - in helmet speakers - and iPhone 4 with Pandora internet music (sort of like XM) works wonders for me.

10cm but it need to be tinked to fit them into the place (the grid is square and the speaker is cricle)
