The shape of that "car" reminds me of all the articles in Popular Science magazine (from eons ago!) about flying cars. They claimed flying cars were just around the corner and would end traffic jams forever!

I would listen to lectues at Oshkosh ref flying cars. Technically, and for lots of money, they can be made. The devil lies in the FAA and NTSB rules and of course insurance.
