In need of help

I'm replacing my inner bar weights but not sure how the rubber piece and metal clip go.


Does the smaller thin ring go to the outside ie (A) or inside (B)?

Does the metal clip go over the rubber piece ie (C)

Its all wrong (D)

"A" looks right but that is pretty much a guess on my part. It has been a long time since I've been in there.
You should be able to try it and if it locks in place and the external weight fits up with no gap you have it correct.
I'd use a dab of thread lock on the bolt. I believe a couple have come loose.
