Wonder what it would cost...
I think that might depend on if they are exact copies. The Honda ones are not just a simple shell and you have a right and left version. I bet if someone had to create a one of it would cost more than most are willing to pay.

Since the stock big lids cost as much as they do and appear to be almost impossible to find, if you needed one and could buy an almost imitation that would fit and work, the acceptable price might be pretty high.

You can fix anything. What gets tough is paying 9K to repair a 2K bike...
I have a pair of like new stock lids in a box in a shed out back...There are a number of trim bits and cables in that box. I may drop dead before I look at them again.

Ok, sure. But I'd rather not walk along the side of a busy road looking for missing hunks of plastic and assembling a jigsaw puzzle on the shoulder to make sure I've got everything. Sometimes it's better to just buy new.

You could still fix that without finding any of the missing bits. Worth the effort? Most likely not.

Just got a pair from CSM in Holland. Perfect match and still 275 Euros. Even reimbursed the dreaded VAT now we have stupidly left the EU and HM Customs wanted this before they would deliver.

As regards "the wide butt" look of the NT with the deeper lids, it's not much different than the '97 PC800 I rode for 12 years!

I paid about €275 after VAT refund. Delivery took best part of 3 weeks. Sellers on eBay here in the UK seem to want about £125 each for used skinny lids!

Long story short ... need a right side deep pannier lid (red) and it's almost a year later than the most current post I can find here.

Anyone know if they're still available? (I have a pair of the shallow lids, but prefer the deep ones.)

Thanks!
