Loose Bar Ends?

I have noticed that my stock handlebar bar ends rotate. The right side rotates easier than the left. The bolts seem to be tight, so I am wondering if this is right...the right side bolt seems to be more stiff than it should be.

Luke, the stock bar ends rotate. Don't worry about it.

As long as the screws are tight you are good. I did lose one on my SS1000 ride. It fell off somewhere east of San Antonio. No, I did not go look for it. It's an inexpensive part.
