My Corbin Experience

I finally received my Canyon Dual Sport Heated seat from Corbin. Good news is that the product quality lives up to my expectations and their reputation. Bad news is that this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Multiple delays, many excuses, several broken promises, poor communications.

Installation was fine but it did require some force to get it to latch as one previous Corbin poster noted.

The ride is nicer. Not as much room to slide around (forward and backward) but it does make one feel more in control and you do get a few inches to move back and forth if needed.

Corbin is known for poor customer service, but they make a good product so they manage to survive anyway.
