Bought a Nelson -Rigg Delux cover (retail $40) extra-Large.

It fits my NT well and will accomodate big lids but not a top box. The XXL might.
I like it. It packs smaller than a football, it fits well but tight enough to offer hail protection, and wont flop
around in a good wind. If these go on sale again I will pick up a new cover for my Connie, but for a bike of that
size I will get the XXL.

I'm thinking repetitive pulling the cover over the topcase may scratch it? Does the cover have a inside surface that won't damage the finish?

This particular cover does not have a soft inner lining. It would probably be much more bulkier if it did, and yes, I have had my car "buffed" by a cover during a high wind. That is one reason why I like the fit of this one. Not much flapping. It is possible that the large one is meant for the GoldWing type bikes (XXL) and would accomidate the top box. You can e-mail or call Nelson and ask and they encourage you to do so. Their sizing chart says that the XXL of some covers are rated for top boxes.
