(This was yesterday Friday 15th) Today was the warmest day for the week and snow/rain is being forecasted by the weather lairs again. Had to take out the Little Gray Bike (Versys X300) for a ride. I just had the factory seat remade in to a custom seat , so I needed to get some butt miles on it. 180 mile loop today and the butt felt great after the ride. The new seat really works and made riding the little bike very enjoyable. Here is the route and some pictures.
Stopped at the Decker's Cafe for a cup of coffee. Was a bit chilly at 0930 this morning.
On the way to Woodland Park along route 67. Looking at Pikes's Peak.
A cute little tourist shop in Manitou Springs, CO.
A very Favorite place of mine. Wimbergers Old World Bakery in Colorado Springs. First time the Little Gray Bike has been here.
Another shot of the little Versys at the Bakery.
View of Pikes Peak along highway 83
Close up view of the Little Gray Bike and Pikes Peak in the back ground.
Even closer.
Castlewood Canyon Rd. Approaching the canyon
Moving along.
Interesting Barn just before entering the Canyon.
