Part Number: Seal around rear of fuel tank?

While changing my air filter at the weekend, I noticed that my NT700 is missing the rubber seal that fits around the rear of the fuel tank. Would anyone be able to provide me with a part number so I can get one ordered?

Are you asking about the molded rubber piece that has round lugs that fit into each side of the tank and long grooved ends that fit onto the side covers?

That part is 19140-MEW-D20, "Rubber, Fuel Tank." This is on a 2010 model since that's the first year the DV came to the states but I'm not certain if it's the same as a 2006 model.

Well the plot thickens, my dealer says this part is not available so I guess I will have to trawl ebay for a used item. Could take some time

Thanks for that Wayne, but I don't really want to have to pay for shipping from the US, although at least I know now that the part is still available. I have emailed Honda Bournemouth to see if they can help.

Just found out the reason my bike is missing this item is because they were not fitted until 2008 model year.

I'm getting some hot air from around the front of the seat so I'm gong to order one and hope it can be retro fitted. Only ?15 wasted if not.

They do fit the earlier models, I have a 2007 model and I have fitted it OK.

They were not fitted as standard to the australian models so ordered it from the USA.
