Got 9500+ miles on the oem Bridgestones..there was still some tread left, but the front tire got so noisy and was cupping so I decided today was the day... I already had a Michelin PR3 sitting in the garage for one of my other bikes although it is one size larger than stock.(160 instead of 150).I figured it would fit..word for the wise men out there...yes it does fit but there is absolutely nowhere to put your hands to fit the brake caliper assembly...it was very tight and might have been easier if I took the muffler off..I have definately. worked on "easier bikes"over the years. decided I will buy the correct size next time....Front tire posed no problems at all....Changed the gear oil in the rear pod and flushed the brake system...should be ready to go for the riding season......
