Rear Axle Nut Size

What is the size of the rear axle nut. I measured and bought a 28 mm box end wrench, but it is slightly too large.

Put one layer of Tshirt rag over the nut and use/push that 28mm wrench over it and you'll be good:wink:
27mm is the same as 1 1/16" :redface:

Yep used a 1 1/16, 3/4 inch drive to break it loose and used a 27 mm 1/2 inch drive to torque it to 66 ft- lbs during the re-installation.
