Red Larger Pannier Lids received

I just put on my red larger lids from Gordon Bisson. It took me about 45 minutes to install. They hold my gym bag and other odd shape things. The lid still says 11 pounds max weight. They make the bike look sharper and more like a true touring bike. I still think the idea of changing out the back pegs to become tip over bars is a great idea, I just don't know anyone that might be able to help.

Seems to me that the guy that made Katherine's highway pegs might be the guy to help and that he might even be thinking about it.
