Yep - Houston is almost as bad as the Rio Grande Valley. I wear Motoport mesh all the time, so that should help a lot. It did on my last bike and does on the stock seat of the NT.

BTW, Chuck - we need to get together on one of my trips to Houston. I have a daughter at UH and try to see her every month or so. She loves to ride with me.

Thanx to all for the feedback. Vinyl with a back rest it will be - after I get my dimes and nickles saved.

I use the vinyl as well. It's fine and requires less maintenance. I got the "basket weave" vinyl which is not an option on their order form but is something they can do if you like the look of it more.
