I bought a couple of cans when I bought my NT in 2010. I still have both cans. A little goes a long way. I use it on the side case cables and latches and have had no problem with them. I also use it on the fasteners on the underside of the NT to keep them from rusting. Really good stuff.

Interesting. The only place I've regularly seen surface rust is on the gear selector. Just a little steel wool and a spot of rustoleum fixes it up for another 12 months or more.
