Snow blower gravel skis

It may snow tonight so I will get a chance to try out my latest design to try and keep my snow blower from throwing gravel from my 100 yard long driveway. Height is adjustable with washers and of course the slots. Feel free to patent it and become a millionaire. I have no idea what this ski is actually in the real world...only that the folks at North 40 found it in their stock for me. Old orange original is below new one.

I'm just glad I don't have a need for snow blower skis. I will admit August in Arkansas is not quite perfect either.
Also, when it does snow here you better watch out, not much practice driving on the white stuff here.

If it were me, I’d weld a few beads of hard surfacing over the bottoms especially around where the bolt heads are. Skidding those over frozen gravel is sure to cause significant wear. Bring them over, I’ll be glad to do it for free. (If you had shipped them to me last month instead of fooling around on that stupid boat you’d have them back by now)🤔
