I bought an NT1100 just before Thanksgiving. Although I'm watching the snow fly this morning just outside Chicago, spring will eventually arrive, and I'd like to be ready!
Has anyone recently ordered either a top case or panniers from their dealer? What was the lead time for delivery? I have read that earlier in 2025 delivery was spotty!
 
I bought my NT on May 2nd 2025 right from showroom floor same day as assembled and displayed. So with bike being so new to USA market, I didn't even look for other suppliers online, as they wouldn't have time to set up the items to sell on the webpages. I just ordered right from dealership at purchase time. Got them in 6 business days. But that was last year, ask your dealer first. Then look online. I have the item #'s on a sheet at home, I could upload them here, then you could just look up part #'s and see what suppliers pop up. Who knows how much stock someone has?

One neat thing, the lock cylinders use same key as bike. But you have to match the pins to the key. A tedious task
 
Also purchased mine in May of '25. Pannier boxes and top box were loaded in the car and I road the bike home. Saved me (if memory serves) $950. to intall them myself. As for the lock ccylinders and pins....yes tedious! I took that part to the lock smith around the corner, he charged me about 20 or 30 bucks. Worth it.

Same here. put a deposit on my bike before it even came in for first refusal rights. Ordered the panniers and top box the day after the bike came in before it was even unpacked. Took about a week for the items to come in. I did the locks myself. First one took about 45 min or so, last two about 15 to 20 min to do the tumblers. My Local Mom and Pop Dealer gave me a 20% discount on all the accessories. Paid MSRP for the bike with no other fees, and the dealer gave me a very generous trade-in allowance on my 2019 Versas 1000LTSE. By the way he still has the Versys on his floor if any one is interested. Aurora Honda, Google them.

Concerning the tumblers in the cylinder locks, you would think that Honda would have a system in place to assist with which number tumblers are inserted into the cylinder. The VIN number from your bike will tell a dealer which key you have. From that the tumbler numbers are known.
That way you don't have to use the "trial and error" method when assembling your lock.
 
That would help a bunch. Maybe a call with VIN # might get that. Instructions with cylinders are good, but I still needed YouTube to help. Found about 11 minutes video on the exact tumblers was very helpful
