My wife, very patiently, lets me keep the three bikes in the garage while her car stays outside (at least so far this is how it's working). I keep the bikes on the center stands in the garage, the garage has a nice, smooth, cement floor. I cannot, for the life of me, get the NT700 off the center stand on the smooth cement floor. I just end up scooting it around. I know I'm a lot older than I used to be, and a lot weaker, but anywhere else it's not a problem. One time, and only one time, I tried bracing the center stand with my foot while pushing, this was not good for my foot when it came down off the stand. My current solution is to drag the bike backwards by the grab rails to the edge of the garage, where it catches rougher surface, and then I can get the bike off the center stand.
Am I the only one to encounter a problem like this? Is there a trick I don't know? Or some other solution? I'm going to wrench my back pulling the bike as I do with the current system.
