Frogg Toggs melted on Muffler

My wife rubbed against the muffler at a gas station and melted her frogg togs on the muffler. Any magic solutions on removing the residue from the muffler? Thanks. I still love her.

Chrome polish, finger nail, and lots of elbow grease. Plus time. BTDT:frown:

Let the muffler cool completely first. That will allow the plastic to become more brittle.

I did the same thing when I laid my Frogg Togg jacket over the seat at a rest stop and one of the sleeves came down on the muffler. By the way, there are inexpensive repair kits available for making repairs to Frogg Toggs.
