Is there a way to make dashboard brighter?

Most of the bulbs in the instrument cluster are LED's and are not easily replaceable, but some are incandescent. I will look in my service manual and see which ones are replaceable.

That was one of the first things I noticed when I got my NT700. I sure miss the "blink 10 times then shut off" turn signals of my GoldWing. (they stay on if you are stopped)

The turn signal indicator lights on the NT700 can be very difficult to see. I do remember a thread a while back about someone who had added brighter LEDs on the dash. Seemed like a great idea. It is still on my "to do" list.

I should have said that someone had added external LED's in addition to the TURN INDICATOR lights. I'm fine with the dash, but it is very difficult to see the turn signal indicators.
 
Sorry to comment on an old post, but thought it was better than making a new one.

Just to clarify, the dashboard lights on the NT700 are LCD/LED and are soldered to the board? I've done this type of stuff with my car before but I would never do it again, too much risk damaging the cluster.

Not at simple as unplugging a T10/T5 bulb and swapping it out with a LED version?
