It's solo, although people can ride in small groups if they want. I have made up routes to visit the sites I intend to visit: 2 one-day rides and 3 camping trips of 1 to 2 nights. 10 days of riding, for an average day of 250 miles.

Interesting ride. I’ll bet Mellow will get up an hour or two earlier and hit the first 14 sites on his way to Spearfish. Then he’ll pick up the next 14 sites on his way home.


Texas is one of the few states that I’ve never been in. I’ve been within 10 miles of Texas a couple times but never crossed into Texas. Seems that when it is warm enough to ride from here it is too hot in Texas.
