I've had two in line triples (Yamaha), a BMW 800 airhead, and a Honda V4 small Sabre. All of those were SMOOTH engines. This Deauville may be my favorite bike of all them. Plenty smooth and fun to ride.

Being it’s a V-Twin without a counter balancer I would say Honda did a pretty good job with the design of the engine.
