Raising the seat?

Has anyone here modified a seat to be taller? The NT's low seat never felt cramped until the 500 mile weekend I just finished.
I do have a set of lower pegs that I can try, but I'm not keen on the all-metal pegs. Maybe I can fit the stock pegs on the lower brackets.

Or you get an Airhawk inflatable seat cushion as a quick, more affordable solution...

I had a look at the lowered pegs. I'd thought they used a different bracket, but the drop is on the peg itself. As I said, I'm not fond of the all metal pegs. I wonder if I sprayed them with PlastiDip how they'd hold up.
The AirHawk looks like it's worth pursuing. Thanks for that.
