SOB starting fires

A friend of mine has a punishment for people who do that.
Hang them up by their #$%& with a wire cable, give them a rusty corn knife, and leave.

They caught one. Same guy did 6 other fires a year or so ago...they let him go. Now he has a 1/2 mil bond.
